Located in London’s Mayfair, Lucky Cat is an Asian Eating House and late-night lounge inspired by the drinking clubs of 1930s Tokyo and the Far East. Asian inspired small plates, Robata grilled dishes, skewers, tempura, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and signature raw bar. Gordon and his Executive Head Chef, Ben Orpwood, have designed each dish to be shared at the centre of the table. The Lucky Cat bar also celebrates the spirit of Tokyo’s 1930s Kissa Clubs and Shanghai’s drinking dens.
The cocktail list incorporates clean and elegant flavours with cocktails such as the Shiso Smash, whilst other drinks, including the Singapore Sling, are powerful and daring. The Barrel Aged Old-Fashioned uses Lucky Cat’s house blend of Whisky for a unique flavour profile. Guests are invited to take a gamble on the Lucky Negroni. A roll of three dice decides the fate of your drink, with 216 combinations of Gin, Vermouth and Bitters.
