Join Nazmeen as she teaches the ancient art of Chinese face massage. Why not bring a friend, and learn the fundamental of facial Gua Sha to help detoxify your skin. Learn techniques that will melt away facial tension, whilst helping to lift and sculpt the face using the Inlight Amethyst Gua Sha tool.
In addition she will be covering the basics of face mapping. This will give you more insight into what your face is showing you about your internal health and how you can bring about balance in the body through this ancient ritual.
This will be a small intimate event, with a fun, relaxed atmosphere and you’ll walk away feeling confident about your Gua Sha practise.
