To celebrate, Michelin-starred Kai Mayfair have a menu brimming with exceptionally delicious dishes such as their 18 ingredient Yee Sang Salad, all to be enjoyed with friends and family this New Year. They also have a brand new dish launching: Liquid Gold Wagyu, with Grade 5 Gunma wagyu accompanied with a rich ‘liquid gold’ soft egg and soy, golden needle mushrooms in a spicy ginger stock – a perfect late winter dish to usher in the Lunar New Year.
