Mayfair’s all-new Indian restaurant is celebrating Diwali in style over the weekend of the 4th – 6th November. Embracing the full multicultural span of Indian cuisine, whilst drawing on the years founder and Head Chef Chet Sharma spent cooking and sourcing ingredients for some of the most esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK, Bibi is a must-visit for its contemporary yet instantly recognisable Indian menu. Dishes combine the best produce from both the UK and India, for example an Orkney Scallop might be served ceviche-style with Kaji lemonade that is reminiscent of nimbu pani, a fresh lemonade enjoyed across the subcontinent.
For Diwali, Bibi is offering a pre-order on their duck special. Sourced from Devon’s Creedy Carver Ducks, it serves between two and four guests and includes confit duck leg shammi kebab, duck heart ghutwa kebab and duck crown with awadhi brown stew. Guests can book a table here, and pre-order your dishes via email.
