Apricity is a low-waste, regenerative restaurant in Mayfair's Duke Street, led by chef-owner, Chantelle Nicholson. Awarded a Michelin Green Star in 2023, Chantelle and her team consciously reconsider everything they do, from displaying the menu, how they wash the dishes and who supplies them. British produce is championed, to promote the restaurant's wonderful makers, growers and farmers, and to ensure flavour is paramount, as well as reducing its outputs. 

For special occasions, the restaurant's Chefs' Table offers a unique opportunity to experience a taste of Apricity through carefully curated tasting menus, a low-intervention wine list and the hospitality of both kitchen and front of house teams. Set right in front of the pass, groups of up to 10 guests can see up close the intricacies of the Apricity kitchen and operation as a whole.
