Chantelle is former chef-patron of now-closed and much-loved Covent Garden restaurant Tredwells (the recipient of a green Michelin star in 2021) and All’s Well, a ‘pandemic pop-up’. As one of the leading female voices in the UK’s hospitality industry, Chantelle is an advocate for seasonality and sustainability, championing veg-forward cooking through both the restaurant and her cookbook, Planted.

Her new restaurant on Duke Street – Apricity – symbolisies regeneration, warmth, generosity and light-and continues her socially-conscious approach to cooking, with a strong focus on sustainability. It adopts planet-friendly practices, and is zero-waste.

Apricity offers an à la carte “hyper-seasonal” menu, using ingredients from local suppliers, foragers and small farms. It also offers two tasting menus; one vegetarian and one using responsibly sourced non-vegetarian ingredients.

To drink, there is an extensive list of low intervention wines from English vineyards and wineries, alongside a selection of innovative zero-waste cocktails.
