Apricity use hyper-seasonal, sustainable produce from small-scale farmers and locally foraged ingredients, with a zero-waste approach to cooking. They have a dedicated tasting menu celebrating British vegetables, as well as a menu with regeneratively farmed meat and sustainably caught fish of the British Isles. 

Apricity are now introducing a £39 2-course weekday lunch menu, also available for pre-booked early evening reservations. Designed for a lighter interlude, the Weekday Set Menu offers a choice of starter and main and makes for a lovely pre-theatre supper, or post-work decompression.
