Join Mount St Restaurant for this special occasion on 8 March!

In celebration of International Women’s Day next month, Mount St. Restaurant, Roth Bar & Grill and the Fife Arms have invited three inspirational women to join them in the kitchen for one night to share some of their signature dishes and collaborate on a special menu. All three are passionate about fresh seasonal ingredients, working with local suppliers and producers.

Chef Olivia Burt will be joining Mount St Restaurant for one night only on 8 March. Olivia trained at Ballymaloe Cooking School and Le Cordon Bleu in London and Paris, before working at Fera, the then Claridge’s restaurant run by Simon Rogan. In 2019, Olivia made the finals of BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals, as well as being awarded the prestigious Roux Scholarship in both 2019 and 2020, the only female to do so in four years. Olivia is currently Head Chef at Stanleys, Chelsea.

Olivia will be collaborating with Executive Chef Jamie Shears on a number of dishes on the menu, including her signature steak tartare, described by William Sitwell as “the finest I can remember”.
